Humans often ask for what appears good to them, unaware of what truly benefits them. Dr. Israr Ahmad elucidates that humans are prone to short-sightedness and hasty decisions, often requesting things that are ultimately detrimental. The speaker emphasizes the pervasive presence of Arabic-derived words in everyday Urdu speech, highlighting a missed opportunity for intellectual and spiritual enrichment.
This lecture details the five rights the Quran has over every Muslim: belief, recitation with proper Tajweed, understanding, implementation in individual and collective life, and propagation. It emphasizes that fulfilling these rights is a collective responsibility requiring a societal system for enacting Islamic law. The deeper level, however, is immeasurable, akin to the depths of the ocean, requiring profound exploration to fully grasp its complexities. Just as measuring the ocean's depths is a challenge, so too is comprehending the full extent of the Quran’s wisdom.
