Magheera bin Shuba, a prominent companion, advised Muawiya R.A. to designate a successor. The new Muslims, those who converted after the conquests or following the revelation of Surah At-Tawbah, lacked the strong tribal affiliations that had previously maintained central authority. Magheera warned that without the backing of a powerful tribe, the system of the Caliphate would not remain unified. Muawiya initially hesitated but ultimately understood the necessity of appointing Yazid as his heir. It's important to note that disagreement with Muawiya's decision is permissible, but questioning his intentions is not, given his status as a companion of the Prophet.

Women participate in *bay'ah* (allegiance), but a separate form is used for women, based on verses from Surah Al-Mumtahanah in the Quran. A woman's primary obligation is to her husband. The lecture clarifies what happens if a woman, after joining the organization, receives a summons she cannot fulfill due to obligations to her husband or children; such excused absences will be accepted. No penalty will be applied for unavoidable constraints, and prayers will be made for ease.

Religious practices like fasting and worship in various places of worship are permitted. Civilization, politics, economics, and social systems – collectively termed ‘collective systems’ or ‘neopolitic-socio-economic systems’ – are separate from religion. These systems, constituting the fabric of societal organization, fall outside the realm of religious doctrine and are governed by different principles.
A truly accepted pilgrimage, Hajj-e-Mabroor, is achieved through earnings from lawful sources and meticulous adherence to all its conditions, avoiding disputes and prioritizing the needs of fellow pilgrims. This selfless act fosters piety and guarantees a reward from Allah. Such a pilgrimage cleanses one of past sins, akin to a newborn's purity. It emphasizes the importance of sincerity, lawful income, and selfless service during Hajj to attain divine acceptance and spiritual renewal.
