Humanity is inherently prone to loss and hardship, except for those who fulfill specific conditions. These include belief in the unseen realities of existence—belief in Allah, the Last Day, and the Messengers—coupled with righteous actions. Crucially, success also requires mutual encouragement towards truth and patience. This involves consistently striving for good, inviting others to it, and extending support to one another in upholding what is right. Individuals who embody these principles must also be prepared for trials, tribulations, and opposition when advocating for truth. Like the guidance offered by Luqman to his son, steadfastness and resilience are paramount, even in the face of adversity. The Quran emphasizes that tests of fear, hunger, loss of life and property, and various afflictions are inevitable, but rewards await those who persevere with patience and unwavering faith.
